Getting a quote is simple:

  1. Download the Nova Taxis app or visit our website.
  2. Enter your desired dates and locations as if you're making a booking.
  3. View the rates for each vehicle class on the next screen.

  • Standard pickups (e.g., from hotels or home addresses): Chauffeurs wait up to 30 minutes. The initial 15 minutes are complimentary, while the subsequent 15 minutes are chargeable.
  • Airport pickups: Enjoy 1 hour of complimentary wait time.

    • If you anticipate delays or need to modify your booking, contact us via the app or our website chat feature.

City-to-City rides include comfort breaks but do not allow additional stops deviating from the direct route.

For extra stops, you can:

  • Book separate trips for each stop.
  • Opt for our by-the-hour service, which allows unlimited stops within the booked period. Each hour includes 20 km of travel, with extra distance charged separately.

You can get a free ride cancellation up to an hour before the planned pickup time. To cancel:

  1. Go to "Booked Rides" after opening the app or website" section.
  2. Select the ride you want to cancel.
  3. Click the "Cancel" option.

We provide a range of vehicle classes to suit your needs:

  • Business Class
  • Electric Class
  • Luxury Class
  • Business Van/SUV

While we aim to offer top-of-the-line models, vehicle requests are subject to availability, and images seen during booking are for illustration only.

One hour before your ride, you'll receive an email and SMS with the chauffeur's name, contact number, vehicle make, model, and license plate. If you booked for someone else, this information is sent to the details provided at booking.

Using our app, you can also have a direct conversation with your driver an hour prior to the trip.

Nova Taxis accepts:

  • Mastercard, American Express, Visa, and Maestro credit cards.
  • PayPal and Apple Pay (available via the app for iOS users).

All payments are handled via the app or website before the ride — no cash is required.

Business Accounts can opt for monthly invoicing instead of ride-by-ride payments.

If a delay does occur, you can:

  • Contact the chauffeur via the in-app chat.
  • Cancel the booking through the app or website if needed.

If you don't see your chauffeur, you can:

  • Use the in-app chat feature to contact them.
  • Call the provided number from the email or SMS sent an hour before pickup.

This message also includes the vehicle's make, model, and license plate.

Both the local language and basic English are spoken by all of Nova Taxis' drivers.
